A 4 stars guest house located in the city center of Cape Town, our partner is looking for a versatile Assistant for the marketing development as well as the administrative management of the guesthouse. The company has a total of 6 employees, one intern, and generates annual sales of R 2 million.
The guest house is currently looking for an intern to assist with administrative and marketing tasks.
The intern will be in charge of :
- Defining the guesthouse’s marketing strategy;
- Community management of the various social networks;
- Administrative management: reservations, invoicing, customer service;
- Guarding services: To be able to give advice or any information to any potential or actual client, and to book restaurants, guided tours, private tours;
- Public relations.
Accommodation and a gratuity of 1500 Rand per month are provided.
- Be available, smiling and with a positive attitude;
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Pack;
- Bac+2 minimum;
- Level of English C1 required;
- Relational ease and autonomy.
