Table Mountain

After the little hike to Lion’s Head the week before, we didn’t want to stop there! So we decided to organize the one on Table Mountain.

The departure was complicated for some people who are not necessarily used to getting up early, because the meeting at 7:30 am at the foot of the cable car did not only make people happy! However, the weather forecast announced high temperatures for the afternoon, so the choice was wise!

Once the team was together, we started the ascent via India Fenster, which is a relatively difficult route where some parts of the route look more like climbing than hiking. Although small groups were formed on this climb, no one was left behind. However, in spite of the effort, the landscape that surrounded us, served as a comfort!

The well-deserved arrival at the summit after 2 hours of walking, climbing, talking and laughing; was a moment of relief where we could fully admire the view of Cape Town and its surroundings.
